Rocky Road Brownies
Delicious Fudge Brownie with lots of marshmallows and nuts to make them truly delicious!
Yield: 1 pan 9x13
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ pkg. marshmallows
- ½ cup nuts
- Chocolate Frosting - Recipe below
Directions
Cook Rice
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and eggs. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Turn into a greased 9"x13" pan and bake for 23-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, immediately top with ½ bag miniature marshmallows. Allow to cool for 5 minutes - gently spread marshmallows over the top of the brownies. Top with ½ cup chopped nuts. Frost with Creamy Chocolate Frosting - recipe below.
Creamy Chocolate Fudge:
- ¼ Cup Butter, melted
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 TBSP Milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth
