High Fiber Bran Rolls
This high fiber roll will become a favorite with your family!
Ingredients
1 cup shortening
¾ cup sugar
1 cup All Bran cereal
1 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
2 beaten eggs
2 packages of yeast dissolved in 1 cup warm water
6 ½ cups bread flour
Directions:
Mix together shortening, sugar, cereal and salt in boiling water until shortening melts and cereal is soft. Add eggs and yeast/water mixture. Gradually add flour. Place in large bowl to rise for approximately 1 ½ hours. Make into rolls and let rise again. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
